The easiest thing to do is to be fit, and the toughest thing to do is to be fit.
It’s only exceptional people like John Lowe who can make the tough easy. John Lowe is 88 years old; he is a grand father to 11. He took up dancing at the age of 79 and now after 9 years he is all geared up for his first ballet performance. Mr. Lowe is a retired teacher, in his exclusive interview with BBC NEWS he said dancing is a beautiful thing to do and according to him more and more people should turn to dancing. John Lowe is incredibly fit at this age. He is committed to his fitness

If fitness came in a bottle, everybody would have a great body. But unfortunately fitness does not come in a bottle; it requires a lot of hard work, commitment and dedication towards ones body to remain fit.
As someone has rightly said “A man’s health can be judged by which he takes two at a time - pills or stairs.”
