Colon Cleanse

Well guys….You have guessed it wrong here; I am not talking about cleaning of a piece of furniture, mirror or a show piece. I am talking about body cleansing. Yes the colon cleanse cleans the body. I don’t know how far it is effective and nor have I tried it. I want to know your feedback if any of my members have used this product and how far is it effective. It claims to cleanse the body from all the toxins. They are suppose to be tablets and taken with proper procedure and under doctors guidance. I will surely get back on this in detail if I get a feedback on the same as to how far have this method of cleansing being effective.

Hi Eva,
I haven’t used the colon cleanse you are linking to, but I have used a colon cleanse.
The one I use is called Herbal Fiberblend. It is all natural and made from a combination of soluble and insoluble psyllium fiber and about 17 different herbs.
HFB is a powder that you mix with water or juice. I have to admit it tastes pretty awful because of the herbs, but I mixed it with a bit of grape juice and that really helped.
I did a full 3 month cleanse the first time I tried it. I’d never done a ‘cleanse’ before and was pushing 40 so I figured I was due.
Without getting unpleasant, it’s amazing what you can pass!
I definitely went through some detox throughout the process - a bit of bloating, a headache or two, and a couple of days of extreme fatigue.
Now I use Herbal Fiberblend from time to time to just keep my bowels regular. I just take a teaspoon a day for that purpose when I know I haven’t been eating right (enough fiber) and am likely to get a bit backed up.
What I liked about HFB is that it was all natural, isn’t habit forming, is anti-fungal and anti-parasitic, and has been around for more than 25 years.
They do have it in capsules for those who can’t bring themselves to drink it, but I’m in Australia and only the powder is available here. Besides, from what I’ve read, the powder is much more effective because it gets the cleansing process started when your taste buds are activated by the bitter herbs. Interesting, eh?
Hope that helps you even though it isn’t the product you were considering. Herbal Fiberblend was definitely effective for me and I’ve recommended it to friends and family who have had good results, too.
Blessings,
Angie

There are different types of colon cleansing treatments, such as colon hydrotherapy, enemas, herbal supplements, laxatives and oxygen-based colon cleansers. Natural methods are generally considered to be the safest and most effective way to colon cleanse
