Hello All! May I introduce myself? Yes I am Eva White, but that is only my name on this blog. Let me reveal to you my real identity: I am Sashi Sarda, an Indian, and I live in Mumbai; I am a homemaker and mother of one and an internet enthusiast as well. You may well ask, why the subterfuge? Well, it isn’t so much a subterfuge as a nom de plume or pen name. I always thought EVA WHITE was a dreamy, pretty name which was an appropriate appellation for the kind of blog I wanted to write. After all my blog has no geographical or cultural location or boundary, it is a freewheeling discussion about everything under the sun!

What I wanted evawhite.com to do is to reflect the multi-faceted nature of life all over the globe. My travels to Europe and to the US made me appreciate a lot of things about western culture, while at the same time making me value my own. I think that Eva White, as a concept, embraces a global mindset that I hope the posts here are able to portray. My interests are varied and encompass reading, travel, fitness, new trends, technology, music you name it! In fact my mindset is largely influenced by western literature and its music. Western movies, especially Hollywood movies are another influence which shapes my world view to an extent.

I believe in the oneness of all mankind and I hope that reflects in these pages.
